Our realtor from Portland interviewed 20 realtors to sell my mom's house in Eugene. Felicia was number 1 of three realtors recommended to us. After meeting Felicia we knew that we were done interviewing and she would sell my mom's house. My mom, my wife, and I liked her demeanor. Felicia had people that would come in and clean up the landscaping, cut down a few trees, stage the house, wash windows, clean gutters, and install a heat pump. I did not have to hire people remotely and trusted all of her contacts. The house was a large home on acreage outside of Eugene. She kept me apprised of what was going on. We went through a sale that fell through and she was a comfort through the process. Within days we had another offer and closed two months later. She worked through all the details and was in contact with the buyers agent to get the house sold. The well had to be checked, and the septic tank pumped. All of this was done remotely and electronically. It was a pleasure working with her and we count her a family friend.
