We actually bought our condo using her as our agent about 2 years ago, and just recently utilized her again to both sell that same condo and move up to a house to start a family. So having three huge financial transactions go as amazingly as they did on both the buy and sell side, we would not use anyone else but Kristi in the future. We even got $20k over asking on our condo, which we were thrilled about! She knows the market so well, is extremely helpful when drafting offers as to what components make up a strong offer, and even got us an accepted offer on a home with the sale of our condo as a contingency (in a sellers market that is tough). ZillowVERIFIED It's difficult to fully describe the positive impact that Felicia had not only on our home purchasing experience, but also on our move and adjustment to the area. As folks coming from the Great Lakes region, a move to California with 3 children, a live-in nanny, and her partner was a significant change for all of us, and our needs were complex. Felicia calmly absorbed an enormous amount of information about our needs and desired and essentially got us our dream home. Though this is only the second house we've purchased, I think that one of Felicia's amazing talents that makes her so successful (and a pleasure with whom to work) is that she's able to take a relatively small amount of information and create an accurate "profile" of what homes are right for you. To me, this is a complex and very valuable psychological skill - to get an accurate picture of a family and find you not just the right house, but the right home and community. Felicia went well out of her way to make everything and easy and stress-free as possible, and even though we've been in home for about a month, she continues to help us with just about anything. She's a kind, smart, and measured person, and we're deeply grateful to have worked with her. We hope to continue our friendship. We even saw her this weekend, when she visited us at my wife's parents' house nearby (she was their agent as well) with an amazing charcuterie platter. In short, I can't recommend Felicia enough. You'd be lucky to have her on your side during the selling or purchasing process.

She has a very good understanding of the current real estate market and the nuances of the various different neighborhoods across San Diego and north county. From the onset, Felicia listened carefully to what our needs were in regards to they type of property we sought and the areas that appealed to us. She educated us about important criteria that we should include (such as making sure foundations were in good shape, looking at HOA reserves, etc.) In doing so Felicia helped us create a realistic plan to find what we wanted and did not waste our time looking at properties that did not fit our profile. It did not take us long to find the right property. During negotiation Felicia always had our back and best interests in mind. She truthfully pointed both the pros and cons of each property. She used her excellent negotiating skills to get us the best possible price and to get the sellers to compensate us for the few things that needed repair. In addition to helping us find a great place Felicia was there to support us through the escrow process. She listened to my concerns/fears and quickly attended to them by checking into things, reassuring me about the process, and solving any little problems that came up. She has an excellent support team which made the process easier and she had great referrals for inspectors, and people making the repairs and changes that we wanted. All in all, Felicia Lewis is a huge cut above the many other realtors that we have used in the past and her Compass staff are competent, efficient and friendly.

We live in Seattle and worked with Felicia to purchase a town home in San Diego as an investment property and a place that our boys can live in while going to college (SDSU and USD) . Since we do not live in San Diego we had limited time and availability to see different places. Felicia was extremely accommodating of our schedules and more than once had to rearrange her own schedule to meet our needs. We had a very aggressive time line for finding and buying a place and to further complicate things, we were not too familiar with the San Diego market. She worked with us every step of the way to provide us with additional information we wanted, answer any questions we had and connect us with other professionals needed to help "close the deal". Since we were not in town she worked with many different people on our behalf (i.e. sisters, dad, son's roommate and father) and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to all of them. When everything was finally closed and we got possession of our new town home we were disappointed that the seller had not met their commitments to leave the place clean and orderly. Without us asking Felicia took the initiative to set up to have a handyman and a cleaning company come take care of the issues at no cost to us. She went well above and beyond what we she was required to do and that is the one of many reasons we highly recommend Felicia Lewis if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego area.
