ZillowVERIFIEDCouldnt ask for a better experienceaEUR| made time last minute to show my wife and I multiple homes in a single day (all were exactly the style we were looking for). He was also very professional and efficient, but also a really fun guy. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and is not just in it for the $$. Very knowledgeable about the entire DFW area including areas destined for more growth. When it came to business, he cut straight through and negotiated assertively but respectfully, and got us everything we asked for and more. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED It was great working with someone who was willing to work with us old folks. I know it was a lot of back and forth but I'm glad she explained everything, so that we could understand. Great customer service and speed of sale was amazing. It only took 1 showing and we received 5 offers. Way to go!

ZillowVERIFIED He helped me find the perfect first house!! I wasn't the easiest of clients and I had a laundry list of things I wanted in my house. I knew that I was asking a lot for the price that I needed. We looked through multiple homes until he was able to find the one. He was incredibly helpful is negotiating with the other agent and for assisting with any communication needed for financing. There was a hiccup in my mortgage funding on the original date and he was able to keep the deal from staying intact. He's honest, reliable, and dedicated to making sure all his clients are satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from Virginia to Texas for work. Our relocation package linked us up with Felicia. She provided us the best service we could possibly ask for. Was always on top of things and sought answers for us when we needed them. I believe she is a great representation of why we should have never left Texas. The Texas spirit is resounding in her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent home-buying experience with Felicia when we purchased our home in Trophy Club. She is punctual, professional and very talented in her profession. We were moving from Ohio to Texas, and she helped us understand pros and cons of all different cities in DFW, she helped us get through the process. She was just like our advocate in the housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED Felicia went above and beyond to show me houses in my price range in the areas that I wanted to be in. When we found out that the water heater was broken, she renegotiated the selling price. We became friends throughout the process and plan to have her involved in my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Felicia and she did a great job through the whole process. We never felt like we were bothering her even though we had tons of questions. She more than exceeded our expectations. Sold our house in 1 day on the market for more than asking price and helped us find our new home before it came on the market. I would recommend her to any and everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Felicia was very helpful in advising and assisting me with the listing and selling process. She is very experienced with the entire process and helped me to make good decisions each step of the way. I had a contract within three days and for more than list price. She also helped me avoid putting any unnecessary money into prep for sale. I can't recommend Felicia highly enough.
