ZillowVERIFIED Felicia is the opposite of a high-press salesperson. She is patient and wants to find the right property for the home buyer, no matter how many houses it takes. And once we found the right property, there were numerous bidders, but our bid was accepted the first time around, without any counter proposals. No muss, no fuss. Because we were out of town, she coordinated with the home inspector for the inspection of the property because my husband and I couldn't. I cannot recommend Felicia highly enough. She is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with and I work with realtors all of the time.
