My Thoughts: I first noticed a need for education of buyers and sellers when I first became a real estate agent. I realized that people were buying, selling and even helping others buy and sell houses, through good intentions, but without having the basic foundation of what it took or means to input into such an important transaction. I thought, "lets first educate our clients and even our agents, so that the transactions that we get involved with, takes our clients from their dreams to their reality of purchasing their home or business; and takes them there as smoothly as possible. " " After all real estate, it's not about houses, it's about PEOPLE!" That statement became the cornerstone of my belief in real estate and my tag line. I started this belief way before I knew I did. I worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years and believe that this is where it all started. It is hard to work that long in healthcare without thinking of the needs of people first. Being a faith based man, I took on the duties that would eventually take me to continue to give of myself first.

My experience with this company still brings tears to my eyes as I think of how painless and joyful this process went... Feder was the 6th agent I hired and after the 1st meeting with him I was sold.... What Feder did that other real estate agents didn't:1) Made sure I was READY to buy. Although we all want to buy a home, it is important to make sure that we are not only financially prepared, but mentally ready for the responsibility. Yes sometimes renting seems to be a waste but buying is a responsibility that you may not be quite ready for. NO MORE ON CALL service men! And since that was my #1 pro of renting, Feder helped me change my thinking process about this matter... 2) He listened and ONLY produced results off of what I wanted! For two years straight, I was forced to look in the very neighborhoods I told other agents I did not want to live. They felt it was a good deal so they wasted my time and took me to places I despised. As I transitioned to Feder, I witnessed him filter out certain zip codes and demographics as he searched for my 1st home. 3) He has a well-rounded team! He literally knows someone that knows someone else..... From financing to lawyers to painting, Feder had someone ready for each process of my home buying process. I worked THREE jobs and never once did he hesitate to make paperwork or information submission convenient for my lifestyle. I will never forget the day he called my phone (after 3 months of being my agent) and said..." I found the perfect one!!" .... Needless to say, we closed in 60 days and I am the happiest buyer on the block!! Thanks you Thank you Thank you!!
