Review Febra was the best agent I talked to during my search for property. She got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions. If she didn't know something she searched for the answer. She was very patient with me as my senior mind sometimes doesn't work well. She did much more than what I asked of her. She went to the property and made videos during escrow. She went after escrow for video of the empty house with comments as to how clean it was. She was working with my grandson, who was in Alaska and I in California. She is an amazing person and I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!!

Review Outstanding! House had several bids. I own it. It went into counter offer negotiations. The buyer had a rep from same realtor but no comparison to Febra. She was also outstanding post sale with helping to get my security system installed and even had the driveway plowed!! Thats over the top!

Review Febra listed this property originally 1+ years ago and we removed it after selling our lot in front of it. Sometime mid 2022 we re-listed it at a price realistic for the market. Originally listed about $35,000 and this time $49,000. Interestingly winter months have been very good for us selling land in Sterling, Alaska. Bingo, an offer late Feb 2023 and we settled on a fair price for us to sell. Background: We have been buying and selling vacation land in Sterling, AK since 2005 and met Febra in the summer of 2006. Together over the years Febra has been involved in about 30-50% of our land sales, and we have always gotten excellent results. We never had a single offer fall apart, all resulted in CLOSED DEALS. The sale this week culminated our real estate business in Alaska, which started in 2005. All properties were in Sterling, AK. PS: We started buying land in Sterling, AK when everyone else ignored the area. which was their loss and our gain. Thanks to Febra, real estate buying and selling in Sterling, AK was generally profitable. Yes we recommend using Febra for buying and selling in the Sterling, AK area.
