Selling this home was one of the most emotionally difficult experiences my family and I have gone through. Financially, we could no longer afford the burden of keeping it, and the home needed a significant amount of work before it could even be sold. From the beginning, Fawn and her team stepped in with compassion, understanding, and genuine care. They worked hard to help get the house ready, guided us through every step of the process, and treated us like people aEUR" not just another transaction. Even though there ultimately wasnt a profit to walk away with, I truly believe Fawn did everything possible with the situation she was given. What meant the most to me was the way she showed compassion throughout the process. I was leaving my home without really knowing where I was going next, and that weighed heavily on me. Fawn checked in on me when she didnt have to, offered reassurance during some very hard moments, and at times felt like the only person who truly understood and cared about what I was going through.
