Faustino is amazing real estate professional! He tailors the search not only to what you are looking for but also provides you with options that he believes you would like that you might not even have thought of. We were first time home buyers and had no idea how to navigate this field but lucky for us Faustino went above and beyond to help us find our home. As we were truly finding out what we really wanted in our home he was very patient with us and was always adaptable to new criteria. Not only does he possess great knowledge about the real estate business but he is a genuine person that wants to make sure nothing is left under the rug for it to catch you by surprise later on. He's a straight shooter and gave us advice, his personal opinions, and assistance with everything that came with home buying. If you want a real estate agent who does an amazing job and treats you like a close friend who wants the best for you look no further, Faustino is the one. I loved working with Tino. Not only he is an extremely enjoyable person to be talk to, and never made us feel as if we were bothering him with questions or requests, but he also was remarkably knowledgable of the particulars of the properties we viewed, along with general house things that were helpful to know when walking through a house. I would also add that it felt like he was on our team and fighting for us to get the best deal possible. I found out about him from a referral, and I have already highly recommended him to all of my friends who are entering into the process of buying a home.

Faustino was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I was lookin for buy. He explained what neighborhood was hot and which one was capped out. I took his information and matched it with my research. We settled on one specific neighborhood and Faustino knew a lot of information about it. Aside from the knowledge, he always answered the phone when I called with questions. He would email me with updates all the time. Walk me through the process (it was my first purchase). At the end I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. When I buy again, Ill be going to Faustino.

Faustino provided a world-class service from A to Z. From the start, he took the time to listen to our needs and provided excellent recommendations to help my wife and I focus on our search and be efficient with our time during the process. When it came to negotiations, his knowledge of the market became a huge asset as we were able to come to a favorable agreement with the seller on the first round after the initial offer. From there until the closing, I found it particularly easy to communicate with him and was pleased to always have my questions answered. Even now, after the fact, he continues to check-in on us which speaks greatly of his character.
