ZillowVERIFIED A truly client-centered Realtor. We were referred to Faruk by my Fiance's parents and I'm convinced we couldn't have done any better! He is honest, patient, resourceful and charismatic. He negotiated for us a great deal on our new home while buying in a seller's market. What I liked most about Faruk is that he listened carefully to our needs and worked hard on our behalf to get us what we wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to.

ZillowVERIFIED Faruk is the best... He just won't stop until you get what you need! We usually use Faruk to find properties to flip. This time we called him to help us get into our first rental property. He lined up six showings for us and we ended up putting in an offer on one... For now... Second offer is not too far off! If you have a real estate need Faruk is the one to call! He helped us understand the entire rental process, and explained how his rentals are run and was very reassuring. We can do this Faruk, thanks for your help. We will be calling you very soon for the second rental and to sell the flip house!

ZillowVERIFIED What sets Faruk apart from other realtors with whom I have worked is his willingness both to offer frank and honest advice as well as his patience. He has taken the time to show multiple properties to me and is candid in his opinion, a trait that I value if I'm going to spend tens of thousands of dollars, especially if it means no commission to him. This is, to be honest, an honorable guy and he's earned my trust and business.

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience with Faruk was excellent and I would highly recommend his services. I had many specific wants / needs and was very particular in my search. Faruk had lots of patience as we looked at many homes over a long period of time. He quickly came to learn the things that may or may not work for me, and was very honest in his opinions. It was always clear that he had MY best interest in mind, not the next sale for himself.Thank you Faruk for assisting in my wonderful home purchase !

ZillowVERIFIED How do you describe somebody who on a Monday put the for sale sign in fron of your house on Monday, showed it on Tuesday and had it under contract on Wednesday?Aside from that, if you are into honesty, integrity and transparency, then Faruk Sisic is someone to call whether you are buying or selling. He sold our house in a day, and worked hard to out a deal together on our new home. Highest recommendation! With higherst gratitude,Skinder Family

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I needed a buyer's agent for our move into Lancaster County. I chose three realtors to meet with, based on past reviews. Faruk spent most of that first meeting listening to us; the other two mostly talked about themselves. That made it an easy choice.Faruk took the time to understand the type of house and location we were looking for, then found some initial properties for us to visit, along with those we found online. None of those was right for us, so he monitored all new listings and quickly sent us those that fit our criteria. Together, we found the right place in a tight market, and Faruk steered us through the process to settlement. He is the best realtor we have ever worked with!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I originally purchased a home through Faruk in 2009 and did not hesitate to give him a call when it came time to purchase another home in 2015. As a repeat customer that has both sold and purchased a home through Faruk, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I was throughly impressed by Faruk. He was only ever a phone call away answering almost all our calls or promptly returning them within a couple minutes. Faruk is professional and conscientious of his customer's needs at all times. He is more than willing to show as many houses as it takes to find the perfect one and NEVER makes his customers feel pressured into any decisions. Faruk is always friendly and welcoming while possessing a detailed understanding of the real estate business and current marketing strategies. If you are looking for a realtor that understands the needs of his customers while being committed to his clients, I recommend Faruk Sisic without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED I look for distressed properties to renovate and flip. This requires a realtor who is connected to the market, and is aggressive enough to make offers that will be profitable. We looked at many properties, conferred on cost of repairs, deficiencies, offer price, and potential resale price. I have worked with Faruk on traditional sales, auctions, and short sales. He was proficient in all areas. I look forward to many more opportunities w/ Faruk.

ZillowVERIFIED The reason I feel compelled to recommend Mr. Faruk Sicic is that, I believe, because of his masterful expertise, caution, and care do my wife and I presently have our home. Yes, we own our part of the process and yet, without Faruk's real world experience and compassion, I am certain that this process would have been much different, and likely, more hollow. He is sincere and dedicated. Nobody can beat him.

ZillowVERIFIED Faruk was patient and had my best interests at heart! We searched for many months to find the perfect house for me in the best school district for my son. Faruk was always available when I called him, and always took as much time as I needed. Faruk's knoweldge of FHA loans and what is acceptable was very helpful when looking at homes and he was also great at working numbers with my budget! I would absolutely use Faruk again when selling or purchasing a home!
