Farida did a fantastic job as the listing agent for my property. My house was very unique in that it was remodeled from top to bottom with many modern features and unlike any house the neighborhood. This would normally be a challenge for most agents; however, this is where her knowledge and experience played a major role in advocating for the best-selling price of my property - selling well above asking price! Farida took the time to truly understand my property from top to bottom and knew the house inside and out. Farida is the epitome of what all real estate agents should be.
