In addition, Fanny sets the right expectations based on what you are looking for (again: saves precious time). Also, it is not secret that looking for a house could become a tedious process. Fanny is a great motivator and very enthusiastic, she would not let us give up or procrastinate. We have worked with multiple agents in the past and are sticking with Fanny from now on. We were impressed with their knowledge of the local market, the pros and cons of various selling strategies, their understanding of how to best position the house and set the best price. Once we started to get offers (we got many), they were able to help advise us on the pros/cons of each offer and all the many considerations. After many offers, we opted to do a final-and-best with a defined deadline and this worked wonders in driving the price to probably the most we realistically could have achieved for this house. Once we selected the best offer, the transaction went smooth under their guidance.
