I recently worked with Fiana and would rate Fina as the best realtor I have worked with. She helped me position my house for sale for another short notice move and though due to family circumstances we did not end up listing or selling, she diligently worked with us to get the house ready quickly and had interested buyers view the house with-in a week of talking, getting multiple offers above asking, without me having to put little more than elbow grease (to include her own!) , some targeted painting and minor repairs she identified. Her knowledge of the market, willingness to help, and available resources to assist in addressing any issues that should be addressed prior to listing were a huge help. When we were ready to set our price, Faina offered us a "no pressure" comparative market analysis free of charge. After a tour of our home and learning more about what Faina could bring to the table, we decided that it would be smart to list our house with her. Not only did Faina more than cover the cost of the realtor fees, she was able to facilitate getting our house on the market in record time! Faina truly has an artistic eye for what works in real estate photography! She knew what furnishings needed to be added/removed to show our home in its best light. ZillowVERIFIED Faina Shapiro taught a class on selling your home for Adult Ed in Lincoln Sudbury. She taught us how to sell and market our home and provided staging tips as well. She provided the presentation and many excellent tools. She stated when interviewing realtors, that one should interview a few and ask how they would best represent their client and what services they would provide. We interviewed a few high tier realtors who did not do much prep work and stated that we should look up their credentials and references. Faina spent close to 4 hours with us, she provided a full market plan, told us best time to put our home on the market to get the top dollar, and went room by room and provided a full staging plan. All of this was done AT RISK as she did not know who we would select to sell our home. We were happy to select her to represent us. We spent 4 weeks getting the house ready, following her staging guidelines. Faina checked in often to make sure we were making progress. She even offered to help paint, patch and do what ever was needed. As we did not want to buy new items because we were downsizing, she loaned us some of the items. She rearranged some of the pieces in our home and we had wished we had placed them their originally as they looked so much better. The house looked great and was ready for show in 4 weeks. Faina had a full COVID plan to protect the prospective viewers as well as the homeowners. We sold the house on the first day with multiple offers- all were well over ask price.
