ZillowVERIFIED We had 3 realtors come out before Fabio. Each one was skeptical on the timing and price we were hoping to get. He blew each of them out of the water. He was also extremely patient as we attempted to sell our house and then took it off of the market for a bit due to personal reasons. He truly cared about us as people and was not just pushing to get a sale. Once the timing was right he told us he would sell our house in 3-4 weeks and he accomplished it in just 2 weeks! Each step of the way he was there for us especially when our out of state housing fell through. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. In fact he is getting ready to sell my in-laws property and they could not be in better hands!

ZillowVERIFIED We feel Fabio, did an excellent job selling and helping us buy a new home, he's a man attentive to details. Our first experience with Fabio was while he was at our home talking pictures with his own personal drone. His pictures were better than the professional ones we had done with another realty. He was very adept at making a dollhouse style video with the magnificent pictures. I never realized how beautiful our house really was until I saw all those. We had a difficult home to sell, as it was mainly a farmette with horse accommodations. Fabio never gave up hope, and was tenacious enough to come up with other ideas to market it better. After it sold, we were onto a search for a new home well over an hour and half from his home office. He never hesitated to drive way out of his way even to show us just one house. He offered us sound advice as to bidding, amount of money to put down, and even concerning loans. He is truly a Jack of all trades. We did indeed finally secure a home. He even scheduled the house showing before we called him back from going to see if we would EVEN want to have a showing. Talk about knowing your client, he knew it was what we were looking for. He was dead on. It was THE house!! Fabio worked with us well, even knowing our personalities enough to know how to present things. We now even consider him our personal friend. The listing and sale experience was so much different than the previous agents we had used. ZillowVERIFIED Very bad experience with Fabio. Communication extremely poor and does not give you clear guidance in the first place - thereby resulting in false promises and scope for misleading. Renters beware - Fabio will make you submit an application, give you false promises and let you down. Things that support the bad review 1. Fabio said we can negotiate the price and when we did - he waited for another offer and came back to us to blame us that we negotiated (i understand how negotiations work, but blaming us for negotiating in the first place - is below the belt and sad) 3. We accepted the rate and were on point to sign the one year contract - which were the points we talked about. Even then.... he kept us in the dark on what was happening completely and got our application in to just use as leverage. 4. He did not establish who was the single point of contact, half the time he answered questions and the other half got an associate of his to answer. 5. Did not pick up calls and just sent text messages to negotiate price and terms further. 6. Very poor in handling tough conversations. Just simple does not pick up the phone. At the end of the day messages and says the other people can do 2 years can you? 7. Even when we expressed disappointment, Fabio goes on to say - i'll give you advice. Which he did not do correctly in the first place. 8. Ironical part - When he called back to talk to us after we told his associate we were disappointed - he was his usual self, on stating the list of things he did wrong - he Hung up the phone! Me and my wife would never use Fabio Brancati - he is not neutral and is completely biased and recommend others to think about what you are getting into before you do.

Fabio showed us two homes not yet listed, but where the seller had engaged a realtor to sell, that met our requirements for the same or less than the rentals. We ended up purchasing the home that was listed by a competitive brokerage firm. I also had recently changed jobs and Fabio suggested two mortgage brokers one of whom got us competitive mortgage.
