Ben made helpful suggestions about how best to position our house for sale without trying to push us to do something we didn't want to do. He arranged for the staging and photographs even before our remodel was completely finished. He offered to arrange calls with a real estate attorney when our first potential buyer starting making unusual demands. In short, he want above and beyond what I expected in an agent. I recommend him whole-heartedly.
