I have been a South Florida resident for over 40 years (not quite a native, but close) and love to share my 20 years of experience with you, whether a Seller or Buyer. Having been immersed in the Tri-County area, I have special expertise in Broward County including horse farms to the West and ocean access properties to the East, while specializing in the Davie, Cooper City, Weston & Southwest Ranches areas in West Broward. I also come equipped with certifications in Relocation as well as Strategic Marketing Specialties. I sold real estate for 17 years prior to joining Coldwell Banker. I learned so much during this tenure! I think they were the building blocks for the strong relationship I have now, since early 2018.
