From the beginning of our journey to find me a home he made sure that I understood the fundamentals of becoming a home owner before we looked at the first house. Whether via email, text message or phone call he kept me up to date with every step we took during the process. Most homes that was shown to me were quality potential investments that couldve produced good returns. The house that I chose Mr. Levy did his best to make sure I was the owner. From 10k sellers concession to making sure the seller was in sync on what I wanted done to the house. Good humble realtors are very hard to come by, thats why I feel he was a blessing and I great referral to help me buy my first home. 10/10 Five Star rating is what I give him, and in sure anyone would as well if they chose Mr. Levy as their real estate agent.

The home search was very competitive, but he worked hard to get us properties that wasnt on the market yet. He knew a lot of experts related to the buying process. He was all around a cool dude. ZillowVERIFIED Eyal Levy was amazing. Buying a house was the most difficult purchase I have ever made. Eyal was there to help me through the challenge. I started my search with 2 other realtors who didnt find properties for me within my interested, which was frustrating and tiring. I spent months with no real prospects. Within my first few interaction with Eyal he should me properties I like and that wasnt viewed by a lot of other purchasers. That was very valuable in this competitive market. What I appreciated the most was his knowledge in other aspects besides realistate. He educated me on what to expect from my mortgage broker, the seller, my lawyer and understanding contracts. He has even educated me on what to expect after closing, looking for tenants, being a new homeowner and taxes. He is full of so much useful knowledge that the other realtors lacked. Overall my mortgage broker gave me a hard time and that was frustrating. I couldnt image having a realtor that would give me a hard time as well. Eyal always had my best interest. I consider him my friend now. He is valued way more then the commission I paid him. I feel honored to write this review.

Eyal "Al" was able to bring in multiple buyers to view my multifamily property in Newark, NJ on the same day he had a professional photographer taking pictures/ establishing floor plan of the property, all in order to minimize disturbance to my tenants. The end result was multiple offers for above asking price and a smooth transaction along the way between inspections, appraisal and closing all because of Al's solid relationships with all parties involved. He is worth every penny and I highly recommend him and I plan on using him for all future transactions!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have been blessed with the better agent then Mr. Levy. Long story short I was getting ready to lose my deceased father's and be left in debt. One day I received a letter from Mr. Levy telling me he can help. I already throw those things away but I was desperate and something about that letter made me want to call. It took 2 years to do a short sale on the house due to paperwork and legal issues and when everyone else was giving up, he stuck with me every step of the way. Through the lawyers, court houses, deals that came in and fell through because it was taking too long all way through final closing 2 years later. Any other agent would have already given up. I know realtors are all about making money but rearly will you come across an agent who actually cares and dedicates his time and effort to helping those really in need. Words will never express how truly grateful I am. Thank you and thank you amazing team for all your hard work and dedication. And no, this is not a paid review.
