Evy was extremely patient and responsive and had our best interests at heart throughout the entire experience. Our purchase was unique and encountered delays and she stayed focused throughout the several months between initial offer and closing. Since the closing she keeps in close contact and is even helping us find furniture for our new home. At this point she has become a family friend and we highly recommend her for anyone buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED A+++++++!!!! Evy helped us buy our dream house in our dream town today. We looked at a bunch of houses and she helped us to realize what was most important to our family. When we finally found aEURoethe one,aEUR? she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get it. It wasnt easy with over 40 offers! But with her realty knowledge and savvy, we were able to outbid them. During the final stages of the appraisal through to the closing, multiple issues came up and Evy fought for us hard, ending in our desired outcome. Specifically an oil tank that had a hole in it wasnt repaired or replaced per our contract, but in the end she got it replaced. On the walkthrough for our closing, we found a leak in the basement we had put in the contract to be repaired and it wasnt. Evy quickly helped us deal with their realtor, our lawyer, and she got on the phone to a plumber connection of hers who she sent a video of the leak. We were able to close with repair money from the buyers thanks to her. We know how diligently she worked for us and I feel confident she would for you as well. Besides her knowledge, connections, and helpful attitude, Evy is genuine and funny! Things got quite stressful at the end, not due to Evy, but she kept us laughing and calm the entire time. We highly recommend her to anyone searching for a realtor who will go to bat for you 100%!
