I then requested a quote on my property value via zillow.. i didn't expect much from this but that's when Evelyn contacted me and couldn't of done a better job walking me through the process. She was referred to me by a mortgage loan officer in East Boston, after getting pre approved for a home loan back in March 2016. I called her to make an appointment about looking for properties. She was very polite and accessible. We met at her office in Malden. My wife and I talked to her about locations, needs and preferences such as number of bedrooms, yard, proximity to schools and so forth. Evelyn notified us periodically about the properties that were in the market and open houses. Evelyn arranged visits to available properties that we were interested in. After a couple of months, Evelyn suggested a property in Revere that was available and had the features that my wife and I were looking for. We saw the property, analyzed the features and made a decision to put an offer. Our offer was accepted. The rest of the process went on without difficulties

ZillowVERIFIED Evelyn helped my husband and I buy our first home, a multi-family. She represented the home owner and us; this had its pros and cons. Buying a multi-family with tenants in place comes with it's own set of challenges. Evelyn put in her best efforts considering the situation to get us to close. In the end she got us the house with the condition we were looking for but for any future deals I would not recommend sharing an agent as their loyalty is to whomever they were with first (in our case the owner).

ZillowVERIFIED Evelyn is a really professional and very nice person. I was selling this house with a tenant occupied and this tenant is really crazy and a pain in the xxx. She didn't allow us to enter into the house, so everything has to make an appointment. You could think about how hard it was to even sell this house. But she handled it gracefully. In the end, this tenant moved out without making any damage to the house at the agreement time. She spend a lot of time communicating with the tenant. It really helped to calm the tenant down. The selling process involves showing, inspection, inspection from bank, which all needs to enter the house with the tenant's approval, she somehow managed the process and everything went smooth and the house sold with a good price. so I definitely recommend her. In all, she is good at selling buying and market analysis and communications. Compare to the buyer agent that I use, she is really professional and think for you and efficient. I definitely would recommend her. She is the best.

I felt they were in it strictly for the money and did not listen or care to meet our needs. I was not referred to Mrs. Dongo by any friends or family. We just happen to stumble upon her while looking at a home that we were very interested in purchasing but she sold it unfortunately for us.
