Due to COVID-19, most of our communication was virtual, but even through her initial video message and our subsequent introductory video chat, we could tell that Eve had a ton of expertise as a Realtor, and that she would give us The Whole Truth about the home buying experience. She was super responsive to all of our needy ridiculous questions and always gave honest replies. As a first time home buyer, the process seemed very daunting & scary at the outset, but after the initial meeting with her, I knew we were in great hands. She is extremely thorough in addressing questions & concerns and lays everything out in an easy to understand manner. She was unbelievably quick in setting up home viewings. "You want to see that home tomorrow?...Done." When viewing homes, she is very good at noticing small details that a novice like myself may not have noticed, but she is always nothing but professional when giving you her opinion on what she sees. When we found our dream home very early in the process, she did not pressure us into seeing more homes, she simply talked us through the process of making an offer and we had it done within a couple of hours!!! Her communication skills are out of this world, often replying to emails within a matter of minutes, and sometimes at odd hours of the night! Once our home inspection came in, she definitely helped us determine which issues were the most important to address with the seller, and worked hard to make sure our concerns were acknowledged and rectified in time for our closing. All in all, Eve is simply an amazing realtor and an even more amazing person. With her in your corner, you can't go wrong!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Eve to purchase this home a few years earlier and there should have been some red flags when she didn't ever have time to work with me. So I went around her and made an offer on a house. But what this review is really about is not the very slow service and corny Photoshop job she does on the listing photos, but after I have moved out of the state and asked to be taken of her spam list I still get stupid emails trying to get me to buy products or services. Avoid the years of harassment and headache and just stay away from this realtor!

Her MLS website was very user friendly and we were very impressed with it. We particularly liked the dislike feature so we wouldnt see a home in the search results if we didnt like it and we liked the filter options which allowed us to only focus on homes in our price range that met certain criteria such as square footage, two car garage homes, location, etc. Our closing was completed in less than 30 days and she kept us on track with everything.
