ZillowVERIFIEDEve did a great job presenting the house with extensive pictures, floor plans, and 3D view. She priced it to get maximum interest. She helped get to the closing date with many obstacles. She was very responsive and proactive on my behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great pleasure working with Eve. Right from the beginning my husband and I felt very confident in her knowledge & expertise handling the sale of our home. We were new to the process and she guided us each and every step of the way in a very professional manor. She was always available to answer all of our concerns and questions any time of the day. She explained all details thoroughly. That being said we were very pleased with the end result. She is by far a very, seasoned realtor. Highly recommended!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My father recently passed away and I needed to sell his condo from out of state. I received a referral for Eve and reached out. She was super prompt in responding to all my questions and in providing an initial market analysis. From there on she readily walked me through the steps for a remote sale. Her strategy for pricing and engaging prospective buyers, such that the final price was well over the initial asking price. I would highly recommend Eve for her knowledge and professionalism, and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Eve did an excellent job of helping me to sell my family home. She is very knowledgeable about the market and does her homework to make sure your property is listed appropriately. Eve remained in contact with me throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. The bottom line is that she is result driven and negotiated 35k above the listing price for my family home. If you want an agent who is trustworthy and dependable, Eve is your got to agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Eve did an outstanding job working with us to both sell our property in Jersey City and purchase in Scotch Plains NJ. She was always attentive to detail, responsive to answer our questions and provide us information, and extremely patient given the low inventory and many months we spent looking to find the right fit! We are very happy and highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED We are from out of state trying to settle a distant relatives estate. The laws and requirements of real estate sales are very different in NJ than in GA. Eve was wonderful assisting us through the entire real estate process in NJ. She met with any repair person that was required and made sure we were kept up to date on everything.Eve is wonderful! I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable about real estate all over NJ, has good contacts to assist with anything needed, but most of all, Eve is a great person, she is always there when you need her, she listens well, and she knows what you need and how to do it!

ZillowVERIFIED Our house was ready to sell the in April, right after covid hit the scene nationally. We were very fortunate to have found Eve Caposela who, despite all the restrictions of no open houses and not even being allowed to walk through the house with the prospects, was able to get our house sold, and at a very good price. Eve is a genuinely good person. She is honest, sincere, very knowledgeable and tells it like it is. She is a very hard worker with excellent support staff. Her communication skills are among the very best I have ever seen. I always knew exactly what was going on at any given moment, good or bad. I never had to chase her for any information. Do yourself a favor and just meet with this lady and you will understand what I am saying. She will take on the burden of the real estate transaction and leave you with little to worry about. I rarely give recommendations for people, services or goods but you deserve to have the very best working with you when so much is at stake. You can easily see by the date of this our closing was a long time coming due to all the stumbling blocks we encountered, but Eve was there all the way. Even our attorney , who has handled many 100's of real estate transactions in his 4 decades of practicing law, told me how fortunate we were to have one of the best real estate agents he has ever seen or had the pleasure with whom to work.
