Eve was the only realtor in the area who took the time to send us sales comparables so she was in front of all the others out of the gate. We had lake property but it hadn't been used in several years, in a little disrepair and we needed help to understand impovement priorities to help attain a high value sale. Told my wife and I that we don't know what we are doing even though we have purchased 3 foreclosed properties. Continued to tell us we don't know how the process works and it's not worth his time to submit our offer. He then hung up on us. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED She adds things in the description of my home,and it took several calls to get her to remove it.then the day before my closing she sends a change order to her friend doing the ..closing.for another 2.3 percent .she already had it in her favor ,she was getting 3.5 and the other agent was getting 2.5,so her total was almost 6 percent and other agent 2.5,I couldn't believe she had the power to do this the last day.also when I signed the online closing it was really blurry.i almost didnt catch her ripping me off.Warning she will RIP you off

Marie kept in touch periodically and when I found another house I was interested in she made arrangements for that very day to see it and it turned out that it wasn't what I had in mind either. Our first experience with another realtor years ago had put us off from trying to buy another home for almost 4 years it was so horrid. Eve was recommended to me by word of mouth from a friend, and we couldn't have had a better experience with her. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind with us. After seeing many homes, when it came to the final house we purchased, she actually called and told me she KNEW this would be the house we wanted, and she was right. She was available whenever I needed her, and was able to answer all our questions, come up with creative solutions to any issues that arose, and gave us excellent advice when it came to times in the home buying process we were ignorant to. Instead of feeling like we were dealing with a used car salesman, it felt like we were dealing with a friend.
