Sure enough I went there unfortunately it wasn't the right one for me. He questioned me about my preference and I gave him my expectations of what I wanted. The good thing about Evantz he never got tired and felt disappointed in his search. He always ready to move to the next one if anything happens while showing the house. He has a great sense of humor about his work. What I like the most about him after showing the house , he has his own way to make his clients happy, confident and comfortable by saying and quote:" Go home, have a glass of wine or champagne, drink some beer and everything will be ok". Throughout the process of showing houses he always shows professionalism and respect for his clients. Therefore I won't hesitate a second to recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying houses. He is a great person with a warm heart.
