I’ve worked with homeowners across Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, and the Bronx from families relocating out of state to retirees downsizing, estate executors handling probate sales, and clients facing divorce or foreclosure. Many of my clients are referrals from past sellers, attorneys, and other Realtors nationwide who trust my expertise and communication throughout the process.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorites was helping a family in Queens sell their longtime home to relocate closer to their children. We managed the full prep, pricing, and marketing in just two weeks and secured multiple offers above asking. The closing went smoothly because we had every vendor real estate attorney, lender, inspector aligned from day one. It’s the kind of experience my team and i strive to deliver every time.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I began my career in the mortgage industry, which taught me the financial side of buying and selling homes. That experience naturally evolved into real estate, where I could guide clients through the entire process. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for helping sellers navigate major life transitions with clarity, confidence, and strong results.

I know Evantz through my mortgage broker. Shortly after he called me and introduced himself as a real estate agent. He set an appointment with me to view a house. Sure enough I went there unfortunately it wasn't the right one for me. He questioned me about my preference and I gave him my expectations of what I wanted. The good thing about Evantz he never got tired and felt disappointed in his search. He always ready to move to the next one if anything happens while showing the house. He has a great sense of humor about his work. What I like the most about him after showing the house , he has his own way to make his clients happy, confident and comfortable by saying and quote:" Go home, have a glass of wine or champagne, drink some beer and everything will be ok". Throughout the process of showing houses he always shows professionalism and respect for his clients.
