ZillowVERIFIEDEvan is an excellent realtor to work with, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He was professional, patient, friendly, helpful, kept in contact with me, and explained every step of the way. If I had a question I could text or email and he'd be there to help. I cannot recommend Evan enough, and will have him in mind for the future for the next house.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm big on clear communication and follow up. Evan was A+ at both and that is rare these days. Whenever I had a question he got right to me, always positive and with solutions. I felt like I was his only client. When the first loan company couldnt get the property I wanted zoned for financing, Evan dug deeper and found someone who could. He didnt give up. Bottom line is he works hard on your behalf and is consistent. You can tell he enjoys his work. If you are looking for all of this in a realtor, give Evan a call. I'm glad I did.

ZillowVERIFIED Evan Zuhlke was a pleasure to work with. No questions were ever too much. With selling a house in Wisconsin while residing in Delaware we had plenty of questions!!! Evan displayed his confidence every time we talked to him. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. He walked us through the whole process with ease. We are thinking about moving back to Wisconsin in the future and Evan will be the one we contact for our real estate help.

ZillowVERIFIED Evan was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very first day we met him, he was willing to go above and beyond to help us find our forever home. Once we found our perfect home and hit a few bumps in the road before closing, Evan ensured every single detail was taken care of. He made the process of buying a home as simple and easy as he could and for that I am extremely thankful. If you are looking for a Realtor who genuinely cares for you and finding your home, Evan is the perfect person.

ZillowVERIFIED Evan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with!!! I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home! He is very knowledgeable about the area and very flexible with his times when it comes to scheduling showings. We will 100% be contacting Evan when it comes to selling and buying our next home. We worked with Evan for about 6 months trying to find our dream home in this tough market and never once did he make us feel rushed or like we had to settle on a home. The home we ended up purchasing was one that he had sent over to us and we couldn?t be happier!!!! If you need a great agent to work with look no further Evan is your guy!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Evan is a fantastic realtor. He knew greatly about the local area and recent trends and sales of other similar houses to be able to make our sale competitive in the current market. He also communicated with us every step of the way and made sure that any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately (within reason of course). I am excited to work with him in the future on our next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Evan helped locate my sister into a condominium. He was super helpful and worked very hard to find a place that would meet her needs. What I liked best about Evan was that he listens carefully to your needs and requirements and doesn't waste time trying to fit you into something that is not going to work out. He works hard to find a place that will make you happy and is quick to point out things that may not work for you. He is very knowledgable about closing the deal and works hard to make the process as seamless as possible. He is an outstanding agent and I would highly recommend. Thank you, Evan for all you did for us. We could not be more delighted with the property you found for us!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Evan!! He worked so hard to find us our first home and walked us through ever step. Through the ups and downs of the home buying process he was there for us always keeping us in the loop. We really appreciate how hard he fought for us to get our house. His expertise and customer service skills are outstanding. He made sure we understood every document we signed and that the seller was following their end of the deal as well with repairs and updates. In the end we couldnt imagine going through this process without Evan by our side. We are so happy in our new home. Thank you again!
