Evan and Tiffany Sarver Todd are the dream team. From start to finish, they both lead and supported the sale of property in an estate fraught with challenges. We were treated with sensitivity and respect in our grieving process with the utmost professionalism. Evan went over and above required norms and got things done in the most efficient and cost saving manner. This sale presented many challenges as it was for a condo of my deceased brother in North Carolina, we heirs are located in Ohio. Not familiar with the area, Evan helped us through the whole process seamlessly and secured help whenever needed in a cost saving and timely manner. With both humor and a true work ethic he lead us away from potential foreclosure and into a solid and time sensitive rapid sale. Tiffany managed the complexity of legal paperwork done out of state, so seamlessly, it was amazing! If you seek a realtor, go no further than this team, you are in the BEST care. I cannot recommend them highly enough! As I am only allowed one review yearly for this team I am editing this to include Lexi Norman, Lexi gave her skills in selling wave runners for our estate. She spent hours in meeting and showing them, as well as mundane tasks, dropping off keys, following buyers to lake to try out and collecting and delivering the payment. These were hours over and above those expected in our sell of the condo. Lexi deserves high praise. Amanda and the clean out team too! Everyone is superior on this team! Thank you all!!!

Evan and his team are the best of the best! We just sold our first home with them and we could not have asked for a better experience. We had some issues with our home come up that we were unaware of during the due diligence period. Even with that challenge, Evan?s expertise helped us negotiate those repairs and close on our home at the price we were wanting. His team marketed our house better than any team I?ve seen, they helped us stage the home while we were still living there, took professional photos, and truly thought of every single detail to get us the best offers possible. They celebrated and encouraged us every step along the way! Not only that, Evan and his team took the time to understand our goals as a family and were so supportive and did everything possible to help us achieve those goals. Selling your home can be an emotional experience and it was so important to us to work with someone who understood that and could help us make wise decisions despite intense emotions.
