Evan Napolitano is the Founder & Team Lead of The Evan Group and a third-generation real estate broker with over a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout the Chicagoland area. Born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois, Evan combines deep local market knowledge with a client-first approach to deliver exceptional results.

A graduate of DePaul University, where he earned his degree in Finance with honors, Evan's passion for real estate began at his father's residential appraisal company. His background in property valuation and market analysis provides clients with a unique advantage when making one of life's largest financial decisions.
