Evan and his group was the most professional, helpful, and resourceful group of people to help us in selling our home! We did not have a normal situation. From our first frantic phone call to Evan and then throughout the completed sale, everyone was so helpful. We left our home in Nixa thinking we had a buyer and moved to St. Louis because of my husbands failing health. The day after our move the deal fell through. EVAN and his team came to our rescue, LITERALLY! There were some issues with the house that need to be done before it could be listed. Evan and his team had all the contacts that needed to be called. The team took care of everything for us....long distance! The house sold in two days! The closing was all handled long distance also. With a sick husband to care for, it was such a relief to not have to worry about the sale and closing of a home over 200 miles away. We were blessed beyond belief with the expertise and knowledge of Evan and his team! Anyone that chooses this hard-working team, only looking out for their best interest, will be as blessed and happy as we were! There is no way to express how satisfied we were with Evan and his team looking out for our best interests!
