ZillowVERIFIED Eva is such a breath of fresh air in the real estate world! She has become my family's go to realtor but also a very dear friend. Her attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and expertise are top notch and she truly cares about her clients. She makes you feel like you've been friends for a long time and during the most stressful times of the process of building our home she gave us not only support to get what we wanted but also comfort and reassurance that it would all work out. I highly recommend Eva and her team!!! No one else would I trust!! This was our first time working with Lauren, Eva Roach introduced us and she worked alongside Eva in the process of finding and then building our new home. Lauren is truly a professional with a breadth of knowledge about real estate. She is sharp and her attention to detail is spot on and she educated us on many behind the scene aspects of new construction so we could make the best decisions. When we ran into a problem Lauren helped us reach a solution and always followed up and always made herself available. She cares so much about her clients' happiness and does whatever it takes to make sure her clients are protected throughout the entire process! Her recommendations were also very helpful. Highly recommend Lauren, you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Eva as my realtor and I'm very happy that I did. She was professional & yet very friendly. She not only showed me properties but was there to guide me through the different pitfalls of finding a new home. Anyone who is lucky enough to have her as their realtor will find that she is always there where & when you need her & always answers texts & emails. I started my search for a new home feeling very stressed but Evas professionalism relieved most of that stress. I always felt she was looking out for me & wanted what was best for me. Eva you made this process easy for me from the beginning to the end when I found my new home. I not only think of you as my realtor but also as my friend. I would & will recommend you to anyone. Thank you for all you did for me. Your the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Eva did a fantastic job helping me to obtain my beach home! I relocated here from Arkansas which has a VERY different housing market. Eva really helped me to understand as well as navigate this unfamiliar market as it was frustrating to me at first. She was diligent as well as patient in helping me find THE RIGHT place. Well she helped me find and get my great new beach home. I was adamant that I wanted to live beachside. Even with cash buyers as well as my budget, she saw me through to now living in my great place where me and my dog are absolutely content.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Eva Roach to everyone! She has been our realtor since 2012 because she does a wonderful job throughout the whole process. We would not use anyone else. We just sold three pieces of land with her. We have sold a house with her and our son bought a house through her too. We are always very pleased working with Eva because she answers all our questions, is very knowledgeable, is very professional, responds very quickly (some realtors never call people back, which can cost the homeowner an offer!). Eva always has a great attitude. Eva makes what could be a stressful process with another realtor turn out to be a pleasant experience with her. Eva always gives such care and attention to us and the process that we feel like very important clients, Eva has always negotiated a better deal for us and our son than we thought we could get! Eva is also very grateful to her clients and really appreciates them. We really appreciate her so much too for all she has done for us over the last 9 years and we will only work with Eva for our future real estate needs. We know you will be very happy working with Eva too!

ZillowVERIFIED Eva has been my friend for over 20 years. I knew when I am ready to buy a home she will guide me. She did much more than that! She drove for over 2 hours from Melbourne to Boca Raton, quickly adapted to the new market area and one weekend we found a place we love thanks to her. She is professional, yet easy to deal with. Flexible, yet firm when situation requires her to be. Eva is on top of her game and one always feels welcomed by her. She came for the closing and put us in ease from start to finish. Eva is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Eva was our selling agent and we have used her services as buying agent as well.Would 100% recommend her for either role. Eva got us a great deal on the purchase and got us top dollar for our sale. Eva doesnt pressure you and provides with good feedback on pricing goals. On the sale, Eva counseled us on what to fix. We did as she suggested and received 3 great offers the first weekend on the market. Eva has a great feel for what the housing market will provide. On the sale, Eva went above and beyond to keep the deal in tact and help us out as I was out of the country on business during the actual sale/closing. Last minute requests were difficult because my wife was alone with a 5 month old newborn. Eva helped make the entire process do-able. She really helped us to upgrade our lifestyle for my family in a way that worked for us. Call Eva today! She is fantastic, does what she says she will do, and ultimately gets the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Eva was amazing! She listened to our priorities and showed us houses that fit those. When we ran into an issue on the first house we were under contract on due to the seller failing to disclose a major issue with the home, she fought for us and made sure that the other realtor reported the issue so this did not happen to people in the future. We ended up finding the perfect house after that! I would 110% recommend Eva if you are ever looking to buy a house in the area, you will be very happy with her!

ZillowVERIFIED There are NOT enough words to describe my amazing experience with my realtor, Eva Roach. She was understanding of my situation, she intently listening to every question without judgement and she always made time for me. We began our process in February and literally we had an offer within 18 days from the initial date of placing my home for sale. ZillowVERIFIED Eva was amazing!! I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful she was during this whole process. It was even little more challenging because I live in Pennsylvania and I was buying a condo in Florida. But Eva, made the process as painless as possible and she went out of her way to send me videos and show me the condo multiple times via FaceTime. I would highly recommend her to anybody buying a home in Melbourne, Brevard County area. She is very dedicated to her profession and her customers obviously come first. Thank you Eva for an awesome experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Eva was recommended by my son. She was instrumental in my buying his new house. She was also the selling agent for my son's old house and they were very pleased with her service and help. Eva is very insightful and knowledgeable about the housing market in this area and for reading what her clients really want. Eva helped my with the contract to buy my new home. She was able to answer all of my questions and lead me in the right directions on other matters. I felt very confident that I got the best deal with Eva's assistance. Eva was right there to answer any questions and right out information for me during the whole building process. Her assistance was invaluable to me.
