Together with my partner, Maxine Geller, I specialize in residential real estate in North San Diego County, particularly the beachside communities of Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia and Rancho Santa Fe. We have built our business predominantly by referral, a testament to the high level of satisfaction among our clients. The key to our success lies in our highly personalized way of doing business. Our clients know we are on call 24/7 and can rest assured their needs will be responded to personally, they won't be turned over to an assistant.

Both individually and since becoming a team, Maxine and I have repeatedly been members of the International President's Circle, a designation awarded to the top 3% percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. We are also Certified Relocation Specialists qualified to attend to the specific needs of those relocating due to a change in employment. And lastly, Certified Negotiation Specialists qualified to negotiate with buyers and sellers alike.


Having come from a background in biological research, I am highly detail oriented and understand the importance of tenacity, diligence and follow through. My ability to "do more than listen, but truly hear", as one client commented, results in blissful buyers and satisfied sellers! I finds it just as rewarding helping young buyers purchase their first home as listing a multimillion dollar property.
