We are very picky and when she would show us houses we would give her our feedback on if we liked them or not the ones we didnt like she didnt send us after the same kind of houses. Any questions we had she was always responding in a appropriate mannor. When anybosy asks me who helped us i always give them her information. ZillowVERIFIED I will forever refer everyone looking to buy or sell to Eva. We bought our first home with her in 2017, and we are now selling that home and buying a new one with her at our side. We originally started our home buying journey with a different realtor who did not listen to anything we had to say and ultimately wasted months of our time. We had completely given up when Eva was referred to us by a coworker. She listened to our needs and our budget and found us the perfect house within A WEEK. Not only that but she is a master negotiator and really helped us in having the best contract possible. Now that we are selling and buying at the same time she has really shown us her magic. She is on top of EVERYTHING and has made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience really quite a breeze. Not to mention she has the best personality around. She is so hilarious, and will not pressure you so she can make a paycheck - she truly cares about her clients!

I sold my previous home and wanted to upgrade to a new one so first she helped me prepare my new home to put on the market, we put it on the market on a Sunday and by the following Tuesday evening it was under contract. Then the process began to find a replacement home, it was a long hard process, we had a huge problem with the lender and almost had to switch to a new one, we got beat out of a couple houses, we even had one under contract that ended up falling through but she remained determined to help us find the perfect home. I have to give Eva tons of credit because I am not the easiest person to work with a, she stuck it until we finally found our perfect home. This home is as close to my dream home as it gets without me building it myself. I owe Eva so much for her commitment to us and her determination to find us exactly what we wanted and needed.
