It's a pleasure to tell you about my experience of finding and purchasing my new home with Eva Cunningham as my agent. My husband and I were moving from out of state to the beautiful north Georgia mountains, so the search process could have been challenging, but with Eva representing us, the process was a pleasant and smooth one. Once we were fortunate enough to meet her, Eva listened to us and zeroed in on our priorities for our new home showing us several properties that fit the bill. Knowing we wanted a home on a private, waterfront lot, Eva was always the first to start walking thru the woods to get a closer look at the river or lake on which the homes were situated. Her goal was always to help us find exactly what we wanted and her attention to each detail was so helpful. Eva's knowledge of properties in north Georgia is impressive. When she found the home we ended up purchasing, things moved very quickly to say the least. Due to the hot market in which we were purchasing, Eva managed our offer and each detail efficiently and seemed to always be a step ahead of it all. I feel fortunate to have met Eva and to have had her expertise in our corner during our home purchase process. Personal, professional, positive. We had a great experience with Eva as our realtor. She was highly responsive, caring, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. She was always available to answer our questions and made it easy for us to navigate the home buying process in a new state. We started our search in the beginning of the pandemic so things were different, as expected. She kept safety in mind at all times and made sure we felt comfortable.
