My husband and I were moving from out of state to the beautiful north Georgia mountains, so the search process could have been challenging, but with Eva representing us, the process was a pleasant and smooth one. Once we were fortunate enough to meet her, Eva listened to us and zeroed in on our priorities for our new home showing us several properties that fit the bill. Knowing we wanted a home on a private, waterfront lot, Eva was always the first to start walking thru the woods to get a closer look at the river or lake on which the homes were situated.
