He knew the ins and outs of every part of each process; was super easy to work with; and his recommendations were almost always spot on. His team at the Local, Mike and Dana, were also a pleasure to work with -- they helped make the unit look great with furnishings I already had, and were great at working within the constraints of what I wanted to spend on repairs/staging. A couple of HOA-related hiccups came along unexpectedly during escrow, but Eugene hung in there and helped manage the obstacles as they came. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for help selling in LA.
