Eugene Ridenour

Eugene Ridenour is a Southern California native who's lived in the Silver Lake/Los Feliz community all his life. "Growing up surrounded by architectural masterworks like the Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park Observatory, and homes by Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra, and Frank Lloyd Wright, I developed a passionate interest in architecture and design," he says. "It drew me to a career in real estate, where I could use that enthusiasm to benefit my buyers and sellers." A graduate of John Marshall High School, he still calls Los Feliz home. Today, Eugene is a top-producing agent specializing in Single Family Homes and Multi Unit Income Property in areas such as Silver Lake/Los Feliz, Atwater, Eagle Rock, Northeast L.A., Hollywood Hills, and Downtown L.A. He has previously co-owned and operated his own real estate company in Los Feliz known as Quantum Realtors for several years. He was an Assistant Manager at the Los Feliz Branch of Berkshire Hathaway for several years and subsequently took over as Branch Manager from 2010 - 2011. He received a promotion to a much larger office of BHHS in Pasadena where he was Branch Manager in 2011.
