Review My wife and I had a significant challenge. We were moving back to the states from Germany. We had never been to Ohio before and had been in Germany for 12 years. We desperately hoped to find someone that understood our situation and was willing to work with us remotely and was willing to get to know us and speak truth to our options. An answer to prayer, was Erin Kristbaum. She is patient, understanding, professional, businesslike with a gracious and warm personality. After an amazing cross-section of available homes and selective tours we were able to find the most wonderful home. We could not have had a better experience, in fact we have never had a better one.

Review I'm a first time home buyer and I could not have done it without my agent Olivia. She knew everything that was going on with the houses I looked at. She listened to my needs and wants and found houses to look at that didnt waste my time, which I appreciated. She showed me the perfect house and we both knew immediately that it was the one. The house buying process can be dizzying at times, but my agent kept me informed and I had full faith that she was a seasoned veteran and knew what she was doing was in my best interest.
