ZillowVERIFIEDThere's a reason they call him the "Machine"! I found a great house, but it was already pending, so I called the agent (Eugene Crockett) to ask the status of the sale and if he thought the sale might fall through which would allow me the opportunity to buy it. Well, I was "late to the party" but had another house as plan B. He arranged for a virtual tour of the house (I lived 120 miles away). He answered all my detailed questions and gave me the reassurance the house had "good bones". His negotiation skills were exemplified as we dealt with the seller. Within a week we had settled on a price and went under-contract. He continued his great support throughout the process, recommending great service people to complete the needed tasks. We closed in 3 weeks! I am completely thankful for the chance to work with Eugene. In my opinion, you can't find a better agent.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time working with Eugene Crockett, and theres a reason we came back. Whether you're buying or selling, transparency is everything, and Eugene delivers that in spades. Hes a straight shooter who tells it like it is, which is refreshing in a process that can often feel overwhelming or overly polished. What really sets Eugene apart is the rare human element he brings to real estate. He genuinely listens and takes the time to understand what his clients need. During the purchase of our home, his honesty and compassion stood out in every conversation and decision, and that experience made it a no-brainer to hire him again. Eugene isnt flashy or gimmicky aEUR" and thats exactly why we trust him. He has that old-school, blue-collar work ethic, and it shows in the way he represents his clients. If you're looking for a prof real estate agent who will work hard for you and always keep it real, Eugene 'The Rocket' Crockett is your guy. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED When I tell you Eugene went above and beyond for my family and I. With a move from PA to FL, having an absolute Rockstar helping us find not only the perfect neighborhood, but the perfect house for our growing family was an invaluable asset. From communication, explanation and working through any and every obstacle that our complex situation had, Eugene's confidence, helpfulness and honesty never once wavered. He had my wife and I feeling at home before we even had the keys in hand. I can say with 100% certainty we would not have been as happy as we are with our move without his help. Thanks, Crockett the Rocket!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Eugene Crockett, aka aEUR~Crockett The Rocket, by happenstance at an open house! We loved his energy and positive vibes so much we took note and called him for representation on a new build a few months later. He was surprised we had saved his number and quickly accepted our representation. He advised, gave council, recommendations and experiential insights when indicated and had our backs throughout the entire process and then some. His follow up and follow through was second to none. He even went above and beyond to correct a builders wrong doing after closing at time in which he could have easily walked away. But no, he stepped up for us in this rare instance. He helped make a wrong right! WOW! He is a man of his word with a strong constitution and a high level of integrity rarely seen today. Eugene comes highly recommended by us to our friends and family! We wanted to take a small bit of our time to share our experience with you too! Best of luck in your home hunting and rest assured if you chose Eugene you will be guided with ease through uncharted waters no question.

ZillowVERIFIED Eugene did an outstanding job helping us sell our home in Viera. He knows the market and what people are looking for. His asking price was higher than we expected but one hour after our house was listed, we had an offer. He stepped us through the entire process and was VERY responsive to our questions. We were so satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism that we listed a second piece of property with him to sell. I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell property.

ZillowVERIFIED A few months ago, my husband and I were driving through Florida and came across Viera. We fell in love with the area immediately. So we started going to some open houses and came across Eugene. He had such a welcoming personality, a wealth of knowledge and let you know he was excited (not pushy) to help us find our new home, and sure enough he did. Even though we were almost 700 miles away, he stayed on top of the transaction, kept us informed and was professional the entire time! As a Realtor for 33 years myself I know what to expect during a transaction especially from someone coming from out of town and Eugene was outstanding! I highly recommend if youre looking for home in Melbourne/Brevard County in Florida give Eugene a call. Itll be the first step you need to finding your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time selling a home and we had no idea what to expect. We called Eugene and he was at our house pretty much the next day, explaining step by step the process of selling our home. Eugene was an absolute amazing ally for us as sellers, and his expertise in the Brevard area housing market was invaluable. He was realistic with us, validated our frustrations and concerns and then immediately came up with solutions. He truthfully made us feel as if we were his only clients, or his top priority. There were times where we would text him last minute asking him to host an opening, and he would be out at 7:00am the next morning putting out signs and assembling a team to help find our buyers! When things got stressful, he was the voice of reason and the calming presence we needed as we navigated open homes, showings while having two dogs and three children to pack up and leave for hours at a time. He would come inspect our house and give us tips on how to make it more appealing for buyers. And finally, when we had someone buy our home, he met us and walked through the home with us to make sure it was perfect for closing. Each step of the way, Eugene was everything we couldve asked for in a relator. I implore anyone who is even thinking of selling to meet with Eugene and talk over your options. You will NOT regret it! ??

ZillowVERIFIED So glad I found Eugene to sell my home. Initially, I listed my home with another realtor. When the days on market went well beyond 3 months without an offer, I decided I had to do something else - look for another realtor with new ideas on how to sell my home. Eugene came up in my research as a realtor with some listed homes quickly moving to contingent. I called him and he immediately went to work listing my home. He recommended open houses and scheduled 2 for the first weekend. To my amazement, he found a buyer that weekend and we had an offer after one week on the market!! Eugene is a honest, results-oriented real estate professional - a real go-getter. I would certainly work with him again and I would recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife used to babysit for Eugenes family. When it was time to sell our house to move cross-country, there was no question that we wanted to use Eugene as our agent because we knew he is a go-getter. Knowing time was of the essence, Eugene priced the market just right and with appropriate marketing was able to sell our house quickly in a competitive neighborhood with a handful of other houses for sale. He knows that sellers want to get the most out of their house and does everything in his power to make sure that happens. Eugene is super responsive via call/text and he is more than happy to answer all your questions that go along with real estate. He knows the local market very well. I highly recommend Eugene if you really want an agent that will work hard for you.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a real pleasure working with Eugene C. We were in market to buy a historic wedding venue. Eugene truly understands the market to present a decent offer to buy this venue which was below asking price and the offer was accepted. Eugene made the process incredibly easy and his thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. We had some hurdles but Eugene was very professional and alway on top of communicating with sellers agent. Thanks to Eugene, we are now owners of a historic wedding venue. ZillowVERIFIED Relocating and moving is always stressful. If you are looking for an agent in Brevard County, look no further than The Rocket himself, Eugene Crockett. This young man is a go-getter, no nonsense, straight shooter packaged with compassion and a keen eye for detail. He honestly streamlined the process, listened to our concerns with empathy and addressed them directly with the builder on the spot. Most importantly, his relationships in the county and in particular, Viera, are bar-none and one of the best. From the new-build process, to homes currently on the market, Eugene is someone you want in your corner. We are glad we chose him to represent us. Thanks, Eugene.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a real pleasure working with Eugene Crockett, Rocket Group EXP Realty LLC. Eugene was recommended to us from a former coworker that happens to be a Maryland Realtor. From the start Eugene was on time, very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable about the real estate market. He explained the differences from the Florida and the Maryland/Delaware real estate market. When we had questions he was very responsive with answers or suggestions via text, email, or phone calls. We live out of state and had some work to do on the house that we were selling and Eugene suggested that we do a coming soon listing, which gave us a few weeks to get the house painted and other work completed. I would highly recommend Eugene Crockett to assist anyone in buying or selling a home, especially if you want a stress free experience.
