There's a reason they call him the "Machine"! I found a great house, but it was already pending, so I called the agent (Eugene Crockett) to ask the status of the sale and if he thought the sale might fall through which would allow me the opportunity to buy it. Well, I was "late to the party" but had another house as plan B. He arranged for a virtual tour of the house (I lived 120 miles away). He answered all my detailed questions and gave me the reassurance the house had "good bones". His negotiation skills were exemplified as we dealt with the seller.
