ZillowVERIFIED Eugen is probably one of the nicest people I know. I felt comfortable talking to him and asking questions. I purchased my first home using him and I may have had quite a few aEUR~stupid qiestions. He made me feel comfortable asking anything. He worked with me around my schedule and never asked questions. For a while, I wasnt sure on the area. I saw houses in Grand Blanc, Bloomfield Hills, Macomb, Sterling Heights, etc. I went all over. He never asked me to choose just one area. He just went along to whatever house I wanted to see, even when he knew I wouldnt like it. That, to me, was huge. Take notes, realtors. Most of the time, Id see them and want to leave. Houses give you a very different feeling in person than from what you got in the pictures. I believe I put in three total offers on the nearly 100 houses I saw in person. Id see 3-4 a night. There were two houses I saw 3-4 times each because I was aEUR~thinking I might put in an offer. I ended up not putting any offers in. Eugen was fine with it. He wasnt frustrated. I'm extremely picky, so I needed someone like him who understood it would take a while for me to find what I was looking for. There was a house I looked at that had a higher price for what it was and Eugen said if I wanted to pay that high price fine, but he checked the comps in the area and said he wouldnt recommend it. Hes not after money, rather just trying to find people a home. When I finally saw the house I ended up purchasing, I just knew. I told him, after seeing only the kitchen and living room, that I wanted to put an offer in. He suggested I look at everything before I make an offer. It happened that there were a total of 9 offers on the house. I told Eugen I really wanted the house and that I didnt know what to offer. I was going to offer higher but he gave me an estimate that wasnt too high nor too low. He was in constant contact with the sellers agent and thankfully got me the house. He is there to help and give guidance. If youre looking for a house or even want to sell, I would go with Eugen. For me, hes the only one I trust.

He was very knowledgeable about all of the homes we visited and if he didn't have an answer at that moment, he got back to us right away. One situation we had was with a basement window being broken. Eugen took care of it with no hesitation! Great guy, very glad we had a chance to work with him !

We had very particular requirements for home, he quickly understood our priorities and started giving suggestions based on it. ZillowVERIFIED During the Spring of 2016, we were planning a move to Michigan from Illinois. We had very little knowledge of the area and had less than two days to see houses and make a decision.When we contacted Eugen, we had a list of houses that we wanted to see and were also open to him taking us to whatever he thought might work for us.During our two days of marathon house searching, not only was Eugen kind, courteous and knowledgeable, but he took our children's needs into account as well. He'd build in a little extra break so we could grab a snack or he'd chat with them while we were walking houses.Once we made our decision, Eugen was our greatest advocate. Having no contacts here was a scary idea, but he made sure that everything with the home inspection, appraiser and other real estate agent went smoothly. He even offered to be at the house for the inspection since we couldn't be!And when we did have a few hiccups in the process, Eugen was there to smooth everything out for us. Even after closing, I still contact Eugen when I have a question about the area.He is certainly highly recommended!
