He will do whatever it takes, spend whatever time or energy is required, to fix a problem, even those that do not fall within the strict bounds of a real estate agent. He recently helped us sell a condominium in Kirkwood that developed problems while under contract but before closing. We live in Boston and wouldve found it extremely difficult to manage the necessary repairs from halfway across the country.
