About Ethan Hokel

My Mission: To provide unbeatable customer service, top-notch marketing, and the integrity every client deserves. Central Iowa is home to me. I went to Ballard Schools from kindergarten until graduation. After that I went to Drake University and Iowa State University where I played football for some time. I know this area very well and have a lot of great relationships here. I moved to Knoxville, TN in 2010 to open up my own Nutrition business. I ended up getting into real estate while I was down there. I was down there for 5 years until my family and I made the decision to move back home to Iowa. There is no place like HOME! Real estate has always had a place in my heart. I love helping clients make one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. I love the challenges behind being a Realtor. My mission is to provide the best customer experience anyone has ever received, work harder than anyone has ever worked for a client, and give sellers the most exposure when I list their home.

Hands down Ethan is the best for any of your realtor needs! We had a hard time selling out house and Ethan had it done in days!! Amazing communication skills, he knows anything and everything we knew and didn't know to ask about, and is so connected that our house info was everywhere the same day! We wouldnt use anyone else!!
