Ethan is hands down one of the hardest-working people I?ve ever met. He didn?t just get the job done? he went above and beyond, always advocating for us?every step of the way (while also answering my millions of questions, lol). He was the one who introduced us to Randy Creed with VanDyk, recommended and scheduled inspectors and insurance agents on our behalf, and helped us build the dream team from the start. The rockstars who work in the background for Terry Puffer Real Estate truly blow my mind. This experience was well-rounded and pretty incredible. Special shoutout to Randy and his team (especially Angela!) for all the work they did behind the scenes. But none of this would?ve happened without Ethan setting everything in motion. I highly recommend Ethan for any real estate needs. He helped us sell our fixer-upper with a cash offer accepted in under 24 hours AND closed in JUST 11 days. Immediately after (somewhat during), he jumped right in to help us find our next home?no delay, no stress. What?s usually a daunting process felt smooth and supported from start to finish.
