We found a property that we were interested in on Christmas Eve and began calling trying to find realtors in the area. Ethan was the only one who answered the phone! He was always quick to answer our calls and respond any time we had a question. He was willing to meet with us when we were in town even though it was a holiday weekend. He made the whole process as simple as possible for us. We would definitely work with Ethan again and would recommend him to anyone else in need of a realtor. We contacted Ethan to show us a home we were interested in. We still needed to sell ours, so listed with it him as well. Wow! When I say he exceeded our expectations, he truly did. My husband and I were coming from NY to start a new chapter of our lives here in KY. We met Ethan through Zillow in 2018 and he helped us find our dream home. We started our journey over a year ago and Ethan has been with us every step of the way. It took us over a year to sell our house in NY, and several trips back and forth, but Ethan was super patient with everything and went above and beyond to show us every single place we wanted to see either in person or through videos. Sometimes we were only around for a day or two to see places in person, but he would get us in to as many places as we asked to see. When we were unable to make the trip, he would video chat or meet with our nearby family members to check out a place for us. It's not easy to find your dream home from 900 miles away, but Ethan really helped us all the way!

Ethan is the absolute best!!! Theres no better way of putting it. He is so easy to work with and super friendly!! I couldnt imagine a more professional/helpful realtor to help me purchase my first home. Ethan went above and beyond my expectations in helping not only search for ideal houses but willing to view houses whenever I wanted. He helped me and my fiancA(C) search for a house for roughly 6 months. We probably viewed over 30 houses before we found the one! Our experience with Ethan in all honesty was terrible. There were a lot of moments of frustration simply because Ethan lacked compassion for the job itself. He sold our home fine, but when it came to helping us find our home, he simply acted as he did not care. We told him what we were looking for in a home, and time after time again he would continue to show us properties we had made clear to him that we were not interested in. It all of a sudden turned into lets just put you guys anywhere. Ethan did not care about our needs, he continually moved in a direction to benefit the buyers of the home we sold, and he continually moved in the direction that benefitted the sellers of the home we purchased, which was the home that my wife and I found ourselves. When we wanted to put an offer on the home we liked, his negotiation skills were absent and before we closed on our new home, he didn't even recommend for us to do a final walk through of the property. I specifically asked him if he recommend we do one and it was like pulling teeth to get an honest yes or no. Not to mention on the property we sold, on closing day, we found out at 7am that we needed to be out of the home by noon so the buyers could do their final walk through, then at noon Ethan let us know that we needed to be at the home to let the buyers in because he was under the impression we were going to do it. This was very frustrating considering we had uproot our family only to rush back to angry buyers wanting to complete their walk through. After all was said and done, it was clear to me that the needs of my family, and what we wanted in a home were unimportant, we were unimportant. So if you are a family person like myself and you want to see the needs of your family met, I would not recommend this agent for you.
