ZillowVERIFIED So heres what I would say about Esther. She has a good handle on understanding local comps for the neighborhood that we were in. Both her and the staff members of the firm that she works with. I understand that when you hire anybody for their expertise, that you defer to that expertise. In our particular situation, there was a home that was bringing down comps for everyone in our neighborhood. After giving a lot of thought, I had expressed to Esther that I could not in good conscience allow comps to bring down the value of our home. What I appreciated from Esther is she listened to me, as the customer, and adjusted our listing price to be more amenable to what I was looking for. As a result, we ended up getting $20,000 above our listing price which was what we were seeking at a minimum. For me, this was a demonstration of a Realtor, listening to their customer to get the best possible return on investment for our home.

She not only helped us find a rental home, site unseen, when we needed to relocate to Nashville, she also toured the place on FaceTime for us, and was there on our move in day the help move us in! Then, when it came time to start looking for where we wanted to buy it build, she was incredibly knowledgeable and more than anything, practical. She gives you all the information but also helps advise you on whats important, whats not, and where youll be getting the best bang for your buck. She guide us thru the building process to build our dream home. Finally, when our home build was taking longer than our rental would allow us to stay, she stepped in to negotiate an extended lease for us with the owner. She seriously does it all, and has become a great friend of ours through this whole process. We are confident we would not have had as smooth of an experience relocating, renting, building, and moving in without Esther. We highly highly recommend her!

We were moving there from Jackson, TN, so with the Nashville market, when a home would list, it would have a contract on it before we could get to Nashville from Jackson to look at it. Esther kept finding us new listings in all of the areas we kept mentioning to her. She did her homework well for us and would always have several nice homes for us to look at when we came to Nashville. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Nashville area. She will keep searching until she finds you your perfect home. She is courteous, kind and very professional. She will guide you through every step of your buying process. She researches the property really closely letting you know if there are any changes coming up that will effect it, such as roads in the future that may take part of your yard and such.
