After living in Denver for almost 20 years, I discovered my passion for real estate in 2020. Joining Guide Real Estate, I began using the most powerful tools in the industry to become a leading market expert and trusted advisor. My Husband Mike, our daughter Aubrey, and our 2 beloved Golden Retrievers live in the Applewood neighborhood on the west side of Denver. Outside of real estate I love seeing live music, hiking, reading, dining, skiing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

I met Eryn Henderson when I was casually looking at places by myself. She was super friendly and professional, and helped me feel comfortable sharing with her what I was looking for and the timing. I mentioned that I saw I place earlier that day and I was hoping to get her opinion, she did not hesitate and got on the phone immediately to set up appointments. She was super knowledgeable of the real estate market and even introduced me to the mortgage originator that I ended up using. We met Eryn by fate at a open house she was hosting. We had just started our house search and decided to check out a couple of open houses to see what was actually out there but had not found a relator that we clicked with yet. Eryn ended up being that person. She showed us an endless amount of houses and guided us through the house buying process in a market where houses and offers move at a blinding speed. Eryn was instrumental in us getting us same day showings and offers in on houses we liked. Although it took us a couple of goes to find the one that stuck, Eryn made the process as easy as possible on us. Eryn is so responsive and always there when we had questions or concerns. On a whim, my partner and I went to an open house with the idea that I might move to Denver. We were SO fortunate that Eryn was showing the place (which I loved but was not ready to buy). She was so helpful, respectful, understanding, and provided so much information that I really started thinking about moving. Knowing that I was only 50% ready to move did not deter her from being 100% available to me.
