Review At the last quarter of 2020, my wife and I decided that we wanted to live near our grandkids but were still hesitant on selling our townhouse to buy another near them. We havent sold and bought a home in 22 years! This is when Ernie came into the picture and helped us on both selling our existing home and buying the next. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all aspects of selling and buying the houses. His research was right on target on how we can price and sell our house while his negotiation skills were perfectly timed and precise on buying our next. I have not checked it yet but Ernies picture should be next the the word HUSTLE in the Websters dictionary. The guys hard work compliments his commitment to his clients. Every agent should take (at least) a page out of his playbook.
