ZillowVERIFIED I met Ernest because he was the agent referred to me by Zillow. The moment we talked I knew he was the right person to help me make my dream a reality. He is very knowledgeable about real state, he was able to spread light on neighborhood options that were best for me considering that I have four children and their safety is my priority. As soon as I explained to him my must haves in a house he was able to provide me a list of properties for us to visit and surprisingly he knew most if not all sellers agents which made the process easier. He was able to scheduled viewing of the house I was interested in quickly. Ernest is an excellent agent who is proactive and works really fast to make the buying process smooth. He was always ready to put in an offer for a house of my interest in record time.

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to meeting Ernest we had mixed results in our search for a home due to less than reputable realtors. Once we met Ernest, who was recommended by a friend who recently purchased a home with his expertise, it was amazing experience. From start to finish Ernest and his team are without question at the top of the list for the Bronx and surrounding area when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and overall knowledge of the market. We have since recommended Ernest to others with no reservation while enjoying our new home. As a first time homeowner we are beyond happy with our decision to work with Ernest.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr Vasquez is a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient person who delivers what he promised. I met Mr Vasquez in person in July of 2016 in his office. Our 2 hours of conversation convinced me that he was the broker I wanted to work with. In less than a month he had a buyer . He kepted me abreast of what was going on during the negotiation and closing process Although, we hit a couple of bumps during the process to close, Mr. Vasquez deliever what he promised and that was to "sell my condo." It was a pleasure working with him and I would work with him again. I highly revommend him. If you are looking for someone who is honest, loyal, committed and not beat around the bush, Mr. Vasquest is the man for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a coop on the market for 2 years prior to meeting Ernest. After speaking with him, he promised that he would sell it, and in 6 weeks, it was sold. Ernest is the epitome of a hard working professional. He had many open houses and was conscientious and determined., especially considering the fact that I I didn't reside in NY anymore. He called me everyday to update me with details of the progress being made. I would recommend Ernest because he takes pride in his work and is a man his word.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Ernest Vasquez for months as we looked to buy our first place. He always knew the right questions to ask and was ready and willing to point out the pros and cons of each property we saw. He is friendly, knowledgeable and truly one of a kind. He is also very pleasant to work with. He always puts his clients first and makes sure they are taken care of. Our property at 137 Jennifer Lane in Yonkers was the best of all, we love it! I know next time when I buy or sell, Ernesto is the Realtor that I will definitely use again. Overall an excellent experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Ernest is excellent at what he does. His understanding of the market was a tremendous asset and he has not only deep knowledge about the properties that are currently listed, but also those that may soon be listed and those that have recently sold or been removed. As this is my first home buying experience I could not have asked for a better agent! Overall an excellent experience - we already recommended him with all our friends!
