Erin Warfield was a life saver. The odds were piled against us. Due to job commitments, time zone differences, relocating and switching jobs 17hrs across country on my own with 2 little ones, and the busy demands of the current market, it was almost impossible for my husband and I to find a home. At one point I wanted to give up or lower our standards on our home wish list.
