Erin Thompson

A life-long Seattle area native, Erin is intimately familiar with the Seattle region's real estate market, having worked in it since 2001. With four years of residential appraising experience, a B.A. in Business Administration from UW, numerous years working in residential development and construction financing, and bank-owned asset sales, she has worked the full gamut of the real estate industry. Erin enjoys her leadership position at Keller Williams where she coaches other agents on cutting-edge negotiations techniques, best business practices and the land development process. "Passionate" is a word that certainly describes Erin, whether it is in the dedication for excellence she has for her clients or in her zest for life, including her hobbies of snow skiing, running, gardening and playing pickleball with her husband and daughter.
