Though an incredibly tough market for buyers, Erin remained professional, energetic and positive through the difficult, sometimes discouraging process and ultimately found me a wonderful property off-market. Starting from getting it inspected, arranging repairs and touch-ups, staging the house, marketing it to final negotiation and closing. She has a background in staging and she did an excellent job doing it with our existing furnitures and her own collection of home decor and furnitures. This saved us several thousand dollars. ZillowVERIFIED I got Erin (and her team) involved as soon as I started thinking about selling my rental property. She gave me some great advice and we got started. This was a property that needed some work, and it turned out to be a very difficult process. I was also doing a lot of travelling during the time we got it on the market. Erin gave me a bunch of small tips, little things I could do to help sell the property and then she 'staged' the property. This was a transformation and the photos she had her photographer do were amazing. Even though the process went through a few dumps, and I wasn't around for several weeks, I was completely at ease and Erin keep me consistently updated on progress, including using electronic docu-sign for paperwork I needed to sign as we moved along. Erin and her team were just amazing, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Anything that came up (and there were many issues) she'd text or call ... give or receive direction and she would get things done (knew all the right people). Very 'on the ball'!! Very professional and I will be recommending Erin as often as I can.
