Kelsey was professional, energetic, responsive and has a great knowledge of the seacoast market. We had previously worked with Kelsey to purchase our home, so we reached out for her to sell our home. We recently closed on our house in Kensington and cant say enough good things about Evan Douglass. It was a really tough market to break into, but Evan was able to keep us optimistic and ultimately helped us seal the deal on an amazing house that is perfect for our family. He is super easy to get along with, even keeled, and very accessible. He went above and beyond to visit a house for us with his toddler in tow on a rainy Sunday because we couldnt make the drive at that time. That actually ended up being the house we purchased!
