We had rented in Saratoga Springs for just about two years, and were halfheartedly starting our home search in the beginning of 2017. She was always able to show us homes after work hours, on weekends, etc. She was straight forward, honest, and knew what to look for as far as any potential issues with each property. After having a rather poor experience with a realtor the prior year, we figured we probably could only have better luck. Boy were we in for a surprise because Erin Miller of Hunt Real Estate was fantastic. We spent a good portion of the summer and fall looking for our first home. Throughout the entire process she was very responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, fun, and professional. She was extremely good about getting back to us through email and answering any questions we had. We were also super impressed because she would typically email us any new listings anytime they popped up AND she thought may be a good fit.
