She was transparent about negotiations and didnt beat around the bush. I believe this helped us secure a great deal! She also had great recommendations for home improvement specialists, lenders, and inspection agents, too, which helped us budget accordingly during negotiations. We are currently living out of state so I was nervous my husband and I would have to fly out a bunch to look at houses in person before finding what we liked. That wasnt the case! Erin was great and figuring out what kinds of homes would meet our needs and feel right for us. She saved us so much time and money by being attuned to our needs. She was Amazing with every facet of the sale including video and photography, beautiful and affordable staging, and such an effective Open House that we had multiple offers and accepted an offer for more than asking in less than a week of having our house on the market!
