Community is a core part of what I do. Through the Do Kind Group we actively partner with and support local organizations, from animal rescue groups to neighborhood fundraisers and events. HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of real estate I love being out in nature whether that is hiking, exploring new places, or spending a quiet morning outside with my dogs. I am passionate about personal growth and leadership and I enjoy learning new skills or taking on creative projects that push me out of my comfort zone. I am also a singer and songwriter which is one of my favorite creative outlets. I have a big heart for animals and love being involved in causes that help them. And when I have the time you will probably find me at an estate sale or antique shop hunting for cool old things with a story behind them. For me it is all about creating experiences building relationships and enjoying life in between the big moments.
FAMILY
Family is a huge part of my life. My husband and I are in this adventure together, building our careers and our life side by side while raising our five dogs. They keep our home lively, full of personality, and sometimes a little chaotic in the best way. We share the same vision for our future which includes continuing to grow in our work, giving back to our community, and eventually expanding our family with kids. Everything we are building right now is with that in mind--a life that is full, balanced, and rooted in the things and people we love most.

1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you are buying a home in Texas right now the good news is you have options. Inventory is higher which means you can take more time to see what is available and choose a home that truly feels right for you.
Start with a preapproval so you know exactly where you stand. From there focus on your top priorities and what you truly need in a home while staying open to the possibilities this market offers.
With more homes to choose from you can compare negotiate and find the right fit without the intense pressure we have seen in recent years. It is a great time to be clear be prepared and take action when the right home comes along.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
f you are selling your home right now the biggest thing to remember is that first impressions matter. Buyers have more choices so your home needs to stand out from the start.
Price it right based on the current market not what you wish it would sell for. A well priced home will draw more interest and often stronger offers. Make sure it is clean well staged and ready for showings so buyers can picture themselves living there.
Work with an agent who understands how to market in today’s environment using professional photos strong online presence and targeted outreach. The goal is to create the best possible exposure so you attract the right buyer and get to the closing table with confidence.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of clients from first time buyers who are just starting their journey to seasoned homeowners looking to sell and move into their next chapter. I have helped military families relocating to Texas investors building their portfolios and people making big life transitions like upsizing downsizing or moving closer to loved ones.
I have also worked with clients buying and selling luxury properties as well as those navigating unique situations like selling an inherited home or buying in a competitive multiple offer market. No matter the price point or circumstances my focus is always the same listening to my clients goals creating a clear plan and guiding them through the process with confidence.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent sales was a home in Leander for a family who needed a smooth transition into their next place. We jumped in right away with fresh paint, a little landscaping cleanup, and professional photos that really made the home shine. We priced it to match the market, not just cross our fingers, and it paid off.
We had great showings all weekend and ended up with multiple strong offers. The buyers we chose gave us clean terms, a flexible closing date, and a short leaseback so my sellers could move straight into their new home without the chaos of temporary housing. The appraisal gave us a small hiccup, but we worked it out quickly with the other agent and kept everything on track.
It was one of those transactions where everyone stayed calm, the plan worked, and both sides walked away feeling good about it.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I grew up around real estate with parents in both commercial and residential luxury home building so I saw early on how much this industry can shape lives. It is more than walls and roofs. It is where milestones happen and futures change. That perspective stayed with me.
Today I run my own real estate team, the Do Kind Group, and I also lead a Keller Williams market center. I get to help clients find the right home, guide agents in building their businesses, and create opportunities for growth at every level. To me this industry means limitless possibilities whether it is changing one family’s story or helping dozens of agents reach goals they never thought possible.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. Over the years I have completed extensive training in real estate sales, contracts, negotiation, and leadership through Keller Williams as well as industry-specific coaching programs. Leading a top-producing real estate team and now a Keller Williams market center has given me a deep understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and how to navigate even the most complex transactions.
I have overseen more than 2000 closings in my career which means I can anticipate challenges before they happen and guide my clients through each step with confidence.
